How to Cook a Frozen 200g Burger Patty on a Pan
1. No Need to Thaw:
Our burger patties are designed to cook perfectly from frozen, so there’s no need to defrost them beforehand.
2. Ingredients:
• 200g frozen burger patty (Lity’s Kitchen premium patty).• A touch of neutral oil (e.g., vegetable or avocado oil).
3. Preparation:
• Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet or cast-iron pan over medium heat until hot.
• Add a small drizzle of oil and let it heat until shimmering.
4. Cooking Instructions:
• Step 1: Place the frozen patty directly on the hot pan. Reduce the heat slightly to medium to prevent burning.
• Step 2: Cook the first side for 3-4 minutes until the edges begin to brown and the bottom forms a crust.
• Step 3: Flip the patty to the other side and cooks for another 3-4 minutes.
• Step 4: Flip again as needed and check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer:
