 *How to Cook (3 Easy Ways):*

 **Half-Deep Frying (Best Texture & Flavor):** 
– Heat oil in a wide pan to approx. 1.5 cm depth. 
– Fry meatballs for *3–4 minutes per side*, until evenly golden and fully cooked. 
– Drain on a paper towel and serve hot.

 **Air Fryer or Oven (Crispy & Light):** 
– Preheat to *180–190°C (356–375°F)*. 
– Lightly spray or coat meatballs with oil. 
– *Air Fryer:* Cook for *8–10 minutes*, flipping or shaking halfway. 
– *Oven:* Bake for *12–14 minutes*, flipping once at the halfway mark. 
– Optional: Broil last 1–2 minutes for extra golden color.

 **Simmered in Sauce (Soft & Flavorful):** 
– Lightly brown the meatballs in a pan for *3–4 minutes*. 
– Transfer to a simmering sauce (tomato, tahini, curry, etc.). 
– Simmer gently for *10–12 minutes*, allowing flavors to infuse.
